Memberships and Admissions Terms of Use

Memberships provide access to drop-in programs throughout the facility, including the pool, arenas, and field house. Memberships are issued to an individual and are non-transferable. Sharing, lending, or otherwise misusing a membership may result in suspension or cancellation without reimbursement.

Facility access is subject to posted hours of operation and availability. Certain programs, amenities, or services may require additional fees or reservations. Access to specific areas may be limited due to maintenance, special events, weather conditions, or safety requirements. All membership fees must be paid in advance and are subject to the rates established by the High River Rate Bylaw, which may be amended from time to time.

Annual membership cancellations or refunds will only be considered for medical or relocation reasons and will be prorated where applicable. Refunds will not be issued when fewer than 30 days remain on the membership term. Annual memberships may be placed on hold for up to three months with a minimum of seven days' written notice; monthly and three-month memberships are not eligible for holds. The facility reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships due to policy violations, inappropriate conduct, or unsafe behaviour.

Members are expected to follow all facility rules, policies, and staff directions, use equipment responsibly, wear appropriate attire, and treat others with respect. Failure to comply with these expectations may result in removal from the facility and/or loss of membership privileges.
